    Brown discharge?
Hello. Lately(the past two days or so), I've been getting a brown discharge. It isn't heavy, I only see it when I wipe. And even then its only a drop or two. It doesn't smell bad or anything, but it does have a blood smell. Almost like a strong iron. I'm very worried and I no longer have a job or insurance so I can't go to a gyno/doctor. My period isn't due for 21 more days, so, naturally I'm worried because it can't be my period, can it?

I usually have very heavy periods that last exactly 7 days, but last month my period was very light and only lasted about 4 1/2.

I have also been getting very bad gas and a lot of stomach pains and cramps and occasional diarrhea(only about twice).
My husband and I have regular sex. (unprotected, and no, I'm not on the pill.)

I don't want to continue to have sex if it could be bad for me or him with this discharge.

Any ideas of what this could be? I'm very worried.):

P.s. I'm not on any medication at all and I'm in generally good health.

Could be implantation. When the egg attaches to the lining of the uterus. Take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant you can go to the health dept. take another test and get certified for pregnancy medicaid.

I took 2 pregnancy tests a week and a half ago and they came back negative. Was that too early or should I throw the pregnancy idea out the window?

Wait a while and take another. Could you be going through a lot of stress? Sometimes that affects your period.
