He originally wanted to do 50. Again. He even prefaces by saying you are the best and cleanest tenants I have, but costs are going up!

Hi limturner, local newspapers in the classified section are your best indication of rental rates. Just pick up a paper each from the areas you want to investigate.

There are rental clauses written in in every rental agreement. I don't wonder rents are going up, costs for all utilities are sky high even in residential areas.
