Walk-behind mower, B&S 650 series engine, 2007 model. How might I get BOTH wheels pulling again?

Degree of difficulty in fixing the drive component of the front wheels? When I engage the clutch lever, only the right drive wheel is pulling. 2007 model B&S 650 series engine.

Kelly, it may be as simple as replacing the wheel. Using a socket wrench, remove the bolt in the center of the wheel (after removing the hubcap, if you have one). The inside of the wheel is like a plastic gear and the teeth may be worn off. It's easy to check this first.
