    Inheritance,
I am 42 years old. My uncle died without making a will. Before he died he told my aunt and my mother to make sure I get everything he owned. Once he died they told me and my siblings about it. I talk to my mom and my aunt and told them what I want it to be done with all his assets, they agreed. Now they are telling me that once everything is solved that they will do what they want with it.
What are my legal rights in the matter if any?

Unless you can prove the bequest you have only the right of inheritance for your area when someone dies intestate.

If you are in the US, not a single right at all, his verbal request is not binding upon the legal heirs. The legal heirs without a will are decided by state law, wife, children, brothers/sisters and so on, ( varies by state) Most do not honor any verbal request as valid.
