    The father of my frist two children has not seen them for 5 years he is not on there birth certifact and did sayhe didn't want to see them do I still need his consent for my husband to adobt them even thoug he dontcare about then

    Yes, the court will require that the bio father be found and consent to the adoption.

    Since you will need an attorney to prepare the paperwork, I suggest starting now to shop for one who can help you prepare.

    Since he does not care for them, he should have no issue signing for the adoption. Also he will or should be glad, since once it happens he will be able to stop paying child support
