    Charged Interfering with Custody
I know this guy that is in Jail right now. That has no clue about his case so I told him, I told him I would help him get some information.

He is 25 years old with hang out with 16 year old girl. They did have sex and the parents know about it and didn't care until they figure out about him being a Sex offender. The father ask him to leave her alone. But She didn't want to leave him alone plus she felt sorry for him because he was homeless so she would help him out by letting use her car. Well one day the father figure out about it. The 25 year old guy didn't know that the 16 year was on probation and the dad put a warrant out for her arrest but anyway he got called in to jail for questioning about the girl and then a day and half later was arrested for Interfering with Custody. Well now is case being sent to a Grand Jury and on his record it says 2 charges of interfering with custody. Should think of the worst out of this or what do you think? Will he be in jail for a long time? Please help

    Thank you
    Jamie

    Hello Jamie:

If a sex offender is convicted AGAIN, for another sex crime, he'll be in the slam for quite some time.

    He needs a lawyer.

Boy does he need a lawyer and he should count himself lucky he's not being charges with statutory rape.
