We signed a 12 month lease but haven't moved in yet can I get out of my lease without paying anything

Probably not. But you may be able to get out of it in return for forfeiting your security deposit or paying a month of rent. Or the landlord may allow you to find a new tenant to take over your lease.

Speak to the landlord and see if they're willing to work with you.
