My sister gain my son when I had to do three weeks in jail my rights was taken but I did not sign any thing I have been trying to get the court to get my child back she had papers to take my child she only wants him for money he gets ssi, and his father left him life insurance money and I have no parental rights but chidren and family services has not termanetd my rights .

First something does not sound really "right" if you merely went to jail for three weeks, how did she get custody or rights over the child, heck it takes more than three weeks to get a court date.

Also what court give her rights, and what "rights" did they exactly give her, custody, guardianship ?
