    No power
    I have a 2002 honda civic when I first start the car the tac works but the pgm-fi relay behind the glove box makes a clicking noice but after about 30 second the tac drops to down to nothing but the car still runns it just don't have no power and I can still drive it but after about 2 to 3 grand it bogs down and has no power its like you have to ease on the gas lightly to get it to go

    . Check for any soft codes.

    . Ensure platinum spark plugs (NGK only) have been changed in the last 3 years.

    . Clean the main ECM ground.

    The clicking sound, emanating from the main relay, may indicate there's a problem with the ECM. Check for 5 reference volts, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), to the connector going to the MAP Sensor. Connect + test lead of your multimeter to the connector on the right, as you look at the connector, and the - test lead to ground. If the reference voltage is a fraction of a volt, the ECM is likely failing.
