Hi, how often does carpet have to be changed in a rental home in Arizona?

Carpet is depreciated over a 5 year period for rental property. Never heard of a law requiring carpet to be changed... but I'm not from AZ.

Agree, no law requiring it. A neighboring HOA does have a requirement that rental property must have certain things done like carpet and paint but this is not a law.
