My SRS light, check engine light are on, before turning my car over-i can see my drive light-park light on as well... my car is idoling high and running out of water fast... any suggestions??

Trade it.
Seriously, with that many issues and not knowing what year, how many miles, nor what the repair history or current condition is, I'd recommend trading into something without this hit list of needs.
Be advised, buying a used car can simply mean trading your problems for someone else's problems.
