How can a Low TSH .02 and Low T4 .87 and MCTD relate to 3 recurrent miscarriages?
I was just diagnosed with MCTD due to a positive ANA direct, and RNP antibodies of 2.1. I have a two year old and after her had 3 miscarriages. I am trying to figure out what I can do to get and stay pregnant with my 4th. One doctor told me to go on thyroid meds and the other one told me not to. I am trying to figure out some solutions I can act on while trying to improve the day to day symptoms.

You actually need to see an endocrinologist about this. With his/her help it may very well be possible to carry another child to term.
