I had sex on Tuesday June 8, 2010. It is now Tuesday June 22, 2010. For the past week I have been really stressed and I have been constipated and a little tired. I took a Home Pregnancy Test on Saturday June 19, 2010 and it came out negative. But I hardly peed and I know the test instructions say that it's supposed to be 5 seconds, so I don't know if that had an effect on the test or not. My last period started on May 26, 2010 I believe. I'm hoping my period comes on before this month is over which is next week. Right now, I can feel it coming on, but its not really showing. And I am on birth control. Please help me find out if you think I'm pregnant or not. Thank you so much.

The pill is not 100%. I will assume that you had unprotected sex. The pill packs have low hormone/sugar pills to start your period. If you have passed this date and you have been on them for a while, ie: 5 months or longer not one month, I would take the test over or go see a doctor. It seems to be too soon to tell. Please remember pills only protect against pregancy not STD's.

I used a condom, but before it was on, we were touching.

We were touching before the condom was on.

Sperm can be present way before ejaculation. You can also touch his penis and then touch your vagina and transfer sperm. Sperm are designed for one thing-reaching the egg and they will do it at all cost.

There is no way for us to tell if you are or are not pregnant. You will have to wait for that period to come. If it doesn't come on, test using first morning urine.
