I adopted a girl at 7 yr old she is now 2 she is phycotic and mild mental retared she want to leave home we try residential they said she is to high function for the home.get upset at very small things and may even run away if we say she can't have something , don't know danger she is unhappy and we are unhappy.If she get real upset she may try to strip in front of peoples, I have other foster kids and don't want to be up for neglect. Please if you have any suggetion.

Please clarify how old your child is, post says 2 years old and also 7 years old.

Did you mean 7 months old?
