So you see the orange mark on the last stud? I want to take out 2 studs to the left of it but I don't know if its safe.

It is likely safe to remove all those studs and open the stairs. The drywall cover wall to right, does it sit under a main beam, it could probably go to. You home is supported by a steel I beam and maybe one or two steel lolly columns. More pic from other angles and further out would help. They do not appear to be jacks or anything other than studs to frame a superficial wall surface.
