Ok, I am told by a friend that there is a movie he can not think of the title. And of course gives the worse description. But lets see what you guys got. I am pretty good with movies, which is why I am thinking this one is not a movie, but I am told "its an action movie, with a blonde hair bad guy, that might be russian, and wears a suit. Also there "might" be a scene in a mall.
