I started having pain on my right foot yesteray evening and I thought it was from standing too long at work. The pain is kind of a sensitive pain where if I even touch it or wear shoes or walk on it it hurts. I can run my fingers across it and it hurts. Well later on my leg started doing the same thing all the way up to my hip and now my back hurts under my rib cage when I breath. I don't know if any of this is coincedence but if anyone could help it would be great.

Sounds like your body was tensing up to accommodate for the pain in your foot and therefore all the discomfort in different areas of your body.

The pain in your right foot is probably localized by now and it could be an attack of gout, which isn't unusual, many people have it. It is too much uric acid in the blood. Used to be called Rich mans disease (not disease) because the thought was it was caused from eating too much red meat.

I have gout occasionally and the symptoms where it happens to strike are similar to yours, only I don't accommodate the pain any more so don't have the sore leg, sore hip, etc.

Take an anti inflammatory, Advil, etc. until the bone inflammation goes down.
