The father of my unborn baby is a jerk. He is going to court for domestic violence. He lives in a shed, has no job and no money and owes people money. Lots of money. He is 19 and he is having sex with a 15 yr old. I don't want him anywhere near my baby when he is born but he keeps fighting to be involved. I don't want him around because I don't want him hurting my baby like he did me. He says he wants everything to do with it and says I would be a bad mother. I think he has mental issues and I'm afraid if the court give him visitation rights he'll freak out and hurt the bad. He drinks himself stupid every weekend and wouldn't give that up just because bub was there. I don't want him in my life or my babies.

Yes if he takes it to the court. And then its up to the courts what type of visitation and custody he has.
