    When blower switch to
    HELP! Over one week of troubleshooting and ac still not fixed. When thermostat fan turned to "auto" the blower comes on for a split second but then the safety switch (3 amp) is tripped and blower shuts off. The blower works fine in Manual mode.

    Is it the kind that needs a battery or the kind that draws current from the heater?
