My boyfriend got a possession of marijuana charge while being in Indiana and needs to go back home in Oklahoma can he leave Indiana until that court date or does he have to stay?

Unless the he used a bail bondsmen that requires him to get permission from him first, or unless the judge when posting bail or as part of bail ordered him not to leave the state.
