Hello all!
I'm a 22yr old female.
I've been feeling somewhat strange lately.
- I've been getting really tired lately-like I can sleep all day. I also have the worst dry mouth. My tongue has a sore on it because its so dry. I also just feel very lazy and sometimes fatigue. Also my appetite is weird. Im not eating regulary. One day I ate at 9.30am and then at 10pm at night. Or I'll eat a meal at 2pm and still be hungry at 3:30pm.
I don't know what is happening.. I know that I just finsished 5 years of college and started a new job. I'm not sure if its anxiety/stress. I get very stressed out easily because I'm a perfectionist and I drive myself crazy about being organized and whatnot.
Also Ive been involved with a new guy that I really like. We have had sex about a month ago, but I've gottten my period since then, so I'm not sure about that.
My alcohol intake has also decreased tremendously! After one or two beers and a couple ciggs, I feel awful and my mouth gets so dry. It just doesn't seem normal. Things are changing or something.
If anyone knows what can be causing this change... or what I can do to help myself please advise me.
