I have a 1963 $2 dollar bill.

Serial# A 04296012 A
Serial numbers are in RED ink

Seal is in RED ink.

The bill is pretty crisp. However, it does have 3 folds in it. Almost like an accordion fold. No stains or pen marks. All wording is very clear.
