Generally, with your recent educational background; (1) a US business must file a labor certification for the position, (2) after the LC is approved, they file the I-140, then (3) when the visa date is current, you file for your AOS. Right now the EB-3 category is backlogged about 5 years.

First of all book ielts because you need at least 6 in each to apply t r or 7 in each to apply PR. Then complete your studies and get your skill assessment done. The new SOL is releasing on 1st July so lets see how many points you get for your degree in new SOL list.

Age 30 if less than 30years otherwise 30-34( 25 points)
Ielts 15 if 6 in each or 25 if 7 in each
Studies 5 Australian studies
Work experience 10 if you have one year paid work experience
