Was just needed some feedback on recent events...

I recently had a medical abortion when I was around 9 weeks pregnant. The method I used was taking the medicines Mifeprostine and Misoprostol (probably not spelled right). Although I was assured that side-effects are very rare, I'm still a bit worried. I've bled for about 2 weeks now which was the time stated that I would bleed for. Everything seems to be going fine, so maybe I'm just a bit paranoid.

Just wanting to know if anyone knows anything about these medicines? I'm only 19 and am also afraid that I may have damaged something, though I know this probably isn't likely. And last but not least, I have a check up with a gyno coming up.. is there anyway that they could notice I've had an abortion?
