Now it has been 7 months I am having itching on my penis so please clarify...

Of course condons, ( assuming you used them) are not 100 percent effective, so there is just the risk of STD there.

And of course the thought of other peoples clothes on that same chair, ( wonder how many dozen that same day)

I would be more concerned about having sex with someone who may or may not be disease-free than I would be the chair.

Go see a doctor. It could be a yeast infection from wearing damp clothing or a sexually transmitted disease from the person. Only a doctor can tell you.
