    Hair colour problem
HI Hope someone can help me, my daughter has had her hair dyed, black underneigh, chocolate on the crown and blonde streaks at the front ( she's blonde naturally ), she hates it! So the hairdresser came back and put more blonde streaks on the front but the blonde looks ginger, she still hates it but didn't want to upset the hairdresser as she'd come back again to do it, she's so upset and hates herself ( she's only 15 ). I've read that certain shampoos can strip colour can anybody help me? As she doesn't want me to ask the hairdresser to come back again but is so upset with her colour, as a mum I feel so sorry for her and want to help her anyway I can HELP!

If the color is permanent, the color cannot be removed with shampoos. If your daughter wants to go blonde, she will need to bleach her hair and then apply a toner. This process is very difficult to do yourself, I recommend that you take her to the salon and have a hairstylist do a corrective color.
