How to reduce tummy , thighs and breast?
Combination of diet and exercise.
Cut out the white carbs, junk food and anything with sugar or transfats. Eat fresh whole foods, making sure you are getting enough protein, healthy fat and green vegetables.
Get more exercise. What you do that you enjoy and will keep doing is best. Dance, run, cycle, swim, whatever. Do it slightly harder than feels comfortable. You need to sweat a bit to get results.
Do some strength work as well. Squats and press-ups are great and you can do them anywhere.
Lose body fat..
