Can your Probation Officer violate you for not going to treatment even if he/she does not have a court order from a judge?
Were you ordered to go to treatment?
If so,by whom?If it was a judge, then yes,it's the probation officers job to carry out those orders.
If it was from them, well,I can't tell you,I don't know the laws that well.
I do know addictions,though.
What were you sent to treatment for(which you have chosen not to go to anyway)?
And what makes you think you don't need to go?
It the treatment is part of the required original sentence from the judge, or part of the required probation program, yes, if they violate you, you go back in front of the judge that normally sentenced you, or at least the same court,
So why would they take you before the judge if it was not part of the sentence
