The comressor ouside works; but no cold air is blowing through the vents; what should I do?

My central CARRIER air conditioning indor blower is not blowing cool (or any other)air (the compressor outside does work); what do I do? Valery

Start by doing a test on the motor to see if it is getting power when it is supposed to be running.
