There's 2 movies I remember seeing but can't think of the names and it bugs me when I can't remember the name.

One I seen when I was little, maybe 80's film. Don't remember much of it but it kind of reminds me of mortal kombat guys like sub-zero/raiden. The guys wore hats like that I believe and there were fights with groups of these guys with different outfits or powers. Like I said barely remember much of this so I don't know if it's much help.

The 2nd movie was maybe 10 years ago. Maybe little less or little after 2000's. I think it was a limited release movie in theaters, I don't think the actors were that known. It was about a father and his daughter living alone in some little hut they made on a hill. They were alone in the area and were visited by some company wanting them to move out so they can build towns, etc. and this company had some houses built nearby that the father/daughter went to near end.
The daughter was kind of leading dad on that she liked him more than daughter, kissed him or whatever. Weird relatationship. Remember she had period and put the blanket outside on clothesline and had some big deal about it. Movie ended with her and dad spending night in one of the unfinished houses in nearby community being built. Think the dad died or something and girl ended up burning the house down with dad in it and ended with her going to college. Weird movie but bugs me I can't remember name.

I don't know, watched trailer and few clips. Don't look like what I remember. Like I think the guys mighta actually had powers or something. Unless I'm thinking of another movie I picture 1 grp of guys using lightning

The first movie sounds like the warriors it was made in the early 80's I'm sure. The last one I remember but they lived in a house in suburbia.

Bump for 2nd movie. I don't know about u saying they lived in suburbia, I remember them living away from others by themselves, there was no one around them except for the little town being built and the construction guy who was trying to get them to leave area.
