I am 18 years old and have been charged with break and enter along with theft, I committed the offence when I was 17 and was caught and charged after I turned 18. I have had 2 court dates have another one on Monday I want to know if I will have a record because I did it when I was 17 and charged when I'm 18

If they're charging you as an adult, you're going to have a record. But, not if they charge you as a juvenile. In fact, I'd have me an attorney making SURE I was tried in juvy.

Agreed, if they are charging you as a adult ( they can at 17) then you will have a record.

If you are being tried in Juv court then no it will be sealed.
