Please help me... what should I do to make my hair look good and shiny,because hair is so rough.

I'd suggest using all natural shampoo like natures gate, avalon works amazing I use this kelp shampoo and vitamin a and e conditioner that makes my hair incredibly soft, shiny and healthy. No frizz or anything all natural.

I'm an old timer, but I still prefer doing a hot oil treatment every couple weeks.

Just heat up the oil, put it on your hair and massage it in, cover your head with a shower cap, leave it on for at least 30 minutes, then shampoo it out.
