"blood test police report " are NOT required for a visa at all.

As you have already been told this is a SCAM and a well documented one at that.

If you met her in school (face-to-face) and you live in a different country than she does, then one of you had to travel to the other person's country and would already be aware of what the cost and requirements are.

If you are originally from the same country as she is, but have emigrated to a new one, then you would have an idea of what is involved.

How old are both of you and when was the last time you saw her (not counting pictures)? Can you be positive that she is the same person that you met in school?

Please, if you haven't met her, but don't like being told she may not be who you think she is, do not get defensive and make up details to make the situation seem less of a scam. It can be very hard to wake up from a dream to find out that was all it was. We would prefer to see you disappointed rather than to incur damages because you were taken in by a scam.

But normally they ask for 2000 to 3000, and of course they get robbed on the way to the airport.

Also you can pay for a prepaid ticket they pick up at the airport, you don't have to send them the money direct.
