This is true. You rent the house monthly, not daily, correct?

I'd agree with my lawyer friend, IF they didn't APPROVE of your moving... But, they did, so I think you're entitled to your $200.

The only way you're going to get it, though, is to sue them in small claims court. The judge, of course, might rule against you.
