No, unless there is any custody order in place, neither one of you have a right to tell the other what they can or can't do with their child

If he lives in town and you know where, what is the issue with service ? How long have you been trying ?

For a few weeks now I finally handed him the paperwork and told him to go sign it in front of the court clerk so we can get it going but he has not responded. All I want to do is go to WA for 4 days! I'm OK with him taking him places but he just doesn't want me happy so anything he can do he will while he's off with his girlfriend and her kids
