I followed instructions that came with it. Water daily, place it in well lit area, fertilize with 20-20-20 every two weeks. I touch the green part and it just falls off.

The rocks on the top, are they glued on?

Not sure what kind it is. It was healthy looking with new growth. The rocks are not glued on.
