I just replaced my condenser fan motor old one is a Emerson k55hxlrh-0208 1/5 hp
1.0 amps 208/220/240 volt 850rpm .The closes one I could get is 1/5 hp 208/230 volts
1.3 amps 1075 rpm now is shuts off in the miday heat

The RPM's of the new motor are to high. You need a 825/850 RPM motor and if the original motor was OEM then you should increase the HP to 1/4 instead of 1/5th.
The other motor is available you just need to find it. Always make sure to replace the motor run capacitor with the exact one the new motor calls for.
These are just examples. You will also need to make sure to get the correct rotation CW or CCW.

That motor has 2.5 amps is that OK?
