I have a summons to answer interrogatories and writ of fieri facias, from Glasser and Glasser, for Capital one. I just tried to settle with them but they were not interested. They offered me a payment plan of $50 a month for 6 months. And then they would reevaluate for increase. I don't have this $. And I was told to never pay one payment if you don't plan on paying them all because this starts you back at day one for a write off. I have no bank accounts. No houses (except the one in foreclosure ) no cars not owned by the bank. No job . I live in my mother in laws house. What can they do to me?

$$3479.00 after court costs and late fees etc. haha credit rating! Did you read the part about in the process of foreclosure of my house! Also one car repo, and multiple other credit cards in default! I have no credit rating!
