Taking antibiotics in itself does not cause mucus in the stool, although a small amount can be present but when you can actually see it, it may be a problem.

Mucus in the stool is a common symptom of irritable bowel syndrome, anal fissure, or a bowel obstruction may also cause the passage of mucus. You were constipated, and had great difficulty passing the stool, is not a reason for a lot of mucus normally.

Why were you taking the antibiotics?

Seeing mucus in your stool would lead me to believe you should be checked out by your doctor, betty.
