Where is the bleeder valve on the 1998 camry?
Where is the bleeder valve on a 1998 camry? Or is there one to release the pressure for air after replacing a radiator?

There isn't a bleeder specifically for that. Air usually only gets trapped in the upper radiator hose.
With an appropriate device (you don't want to hold a hot radiator hose), hold the hose so that it forms a straight line and continue filling the system. You can run the engine a little off idle with the rad cap off while filling and most all of the air will be purged.
