Hi, can you help me? I'm not sure what it is but it's mostly on my forehead, it's like my whole forehead is full of red scars or its all just red I'm not really sure. People thought it might be just that my skin is sensitive but I'm not sure and I was wondering if you have an idea of what it is if you can help me? I'm sorry if I didn't describe it well enough.

You really do need to see a Dermatologist. He/She will be able to treat both your forehead and back.

Consult your dermatologist. For scars, try Vitamin E or Mederma.

Yes I have a skin condition and this could be dermatitis by the sonds of it. The best thing to do is to get it checked before it gets worse have you tried putting a cream on it.
