What is the most effective lawful way to remove real property from my personal name and convey it to an entity that I control without disclosing or being able to track back to my identity? Does the property need to be free and clear or is there a way to accomplish this same goal with an existing mortgage by a conventional lender? Property is located in the state of Arkansas. Please help.

You're not going to be able to hide real property. If you attempt it in order to hide your assets from a lawsuit, that's a criminal act.
