I am a divorced father of two sons who is in a relationship. My problem is that my family has never met my children now 7 and 9 years old. I have repeatedly asked my ex wife to sign the passport consent forms for me so that I can take the boys home for two weeks. She is refusing and my father now 87 may pass away any day. His health is getting worse. What are my rights? I pay my child support and buy the boys stuff on holidays. They are with me at the moment on summer break. They are aware of the situation. They want to go on the trip. Help!
