Freezer is leaking water into refrigerator below
I have a Whirlpool refrigerator Model ET21PKXFW01 which I cannot find troubleshooting for online. It is leaking water from the freezer into the shelving in the refrigerator below, although I can't see exactly where the water is dripping from. Ice is forming on the shelves in the refrigerator and building as time goes on! I believe that the drain hose is likely clogged, but can't find information in my manual as to how to get to that hose. Would appreciate a solution that I can handle myself and save from a service call. This has happened before, although it's been a long time ago.

Its possible the drain is plugged and its running out on defrost. Is it a removable drain pan? If so, take it out from underneath the fridge and clean it up. Then put it back to see if it collects water with in the next 24 hours. If its dry you have a plugged drain. Could be any number of situations. Moisture is a refrigerators best man...

Easiest way is to blow out the line with compressed air if you have a compressor.

You might try vacuuming the line if you can get a good seal around it with your vacuum hose. Otherwise it's run a small flexible wire down it. Something stiff enough to push down the tube and flexible enough to bend and follow the tubing, something like telephone cable or bell wire.
