NJ parole violation technicalities
A friend's parole was revoked due to two minor violation technicalities. He has been re-entered to county 8 days ago, yet his parole officer has yet to serve him. I have found a Parole Rules guide searching through NJ created by NICIS. I found one which indicated that due to the over crowding of facilities, four states, including NJ, are receiving funds to participate in a program where parole agencies are to work with defendants with technicalities, and only re-enter high-risk, dangerous defendants. His infractions are minor.
