I have been charged for possession of property obtained by crime and have been given a daily curfew to be inside my residence between 9 p.m. and 7a.m. and present myself at the door within 5 minutes at the request of a police officer.I would like to no how this could be when I have not been in possession or caught in possession of stolen property?

If you haven't been in possession of this property or CONVICTED of being in possession of it, then the restrictions you're experiencing have more to do with your BAIL arrangements, than your guilt or innocence. They COULD hold you in jail till your trial, but being at home is better.
