Can you give us more information?

Did you have recent intercourse or a pelvic exam? Both can sometimes cause spotting. Some women do have spotting or even some bleeding in early pregnancy.

Usually, if there is no pain involved, and the spotting is minimal, it is not likely to be a concern, but as J_9 said, any other information you can provide?

Spotting can be numerous things-the body basically clearing itself out. It can, in more rare cases, be cause for concern. If you are worried, I would call your OB and see what they have to say about it. :o

At this point, if you are indeed pregnant, it may be a threatened miscarriage. Most women do not even know they are pregnant as early as 2 weeks. If this is the case, there is little if anything you can do for it.

Many women miscarry before even knowing they were ever pregnant.

There is no way possible that this is your period is there?

cutey123... are you talking actual bleeding or still the brown spotting? Either, especially the spotting, can be common in early pregnancy even when everything is just fine. Easier said than done, but do your best not to worry too much. How was it determined that you are two weeks pregnant? As J_9 mentioned, bed rest is all you can do right now until you know for sure.

Cutey, I'm sorry you are experiencing this, but I have to ask you a question, okay. The answer to this question is very important.

Who diagnosed your pregnancy and how do you know you are only 2 weeks along?

Oh I'm sorry for that mistake.. I'm that much upset that I wrotee 2 weeks its not 2 weeks its six weeks.. I'm six weeks pregnant and my doctor said that frm my experience I think that you are six weeks pregnant but we can't see your baby.. she even really can't understand what's going on with me...

Again, some bleeding may be experienced by some women in pregnancy, but this obviously could also be a miscarriage. Your doctor will likely do an ultrasound in the next week or two and should be able to determine better as to what may be the cause.
    I wish you well...

I wouldn't think brown spotting would be a problem. Brown spotting usually is the sign of OLD blood being flushed out. If it turns to red and your cramping becomes more like stabbing pain, go to the hospital immediately!
The light cramping that your experiencing right now could be your uterus stretching itself, getting ready for the on coming pregnancy. When I was pregnant I have the same thing but that cramping was horrible.
Keep in mind of all the possibilities and think positive. The last thing you need to do is stress and cause a real miscarriage. Best of luck!
