I want to have my name removed from the deed to my home and have it solely list my husband. Is this possible and how do I do it if so?

I want to remove my name from the deed to my house and have my husband name solely on it. Is this possible and if so how do I do it?

You prepare a deed from yourself, as seller, to your husband, as buyer. Then you have the deed recorded.
