A woman got nikah on jan 09 but not the rukhsati. On dec 09 the person divorced on mob in massage first then in call he said three times talaq to his wife. Before this wife applied for khula in court on his husband's wish but did not gave talaq (the person was in dubai right after his nikah he went to dubai and still there but in the contact with his wife on fone) the reason behind this talaq was the husband's relatives. Now the wife applied in the court that his husband divorced her and took back the khula case from court. My question is this that is divorced completed? Kaya talaaq ho chuki hai?

Asalamu alikum dear dr zakir naik mujhe appse puchna hai agar koi admi apni beti ke saath galat rishta rakhe to uski biwi ko kya karna chahiye apne husband se qula lena chahiye you phir unke saath rehkar allah se dua karna chahiye ki husband ko sahi rasta bataye kyunki sabar karne walau ke saath allah hai mujhe plzz bataye uski wife ko kya karna chahiye?
