I saw this movie once before I knew a lot about movies, and now it is killing me not knowing what this movie is called.

Here are the things I remember about it:
I think this woman's husband was a governor of an island
Soldiers begin to invade the island and he flees but she refuses to go so he leaves her there as a "spy" to the soldiers that take over their house

She takes cooks for them and stuff while they stay in her house and begins to fall in love with the leader of the invading soldiers

Either he has the dream or she does but someone has a dream and they dance and suddenly they start to fall in love with each other

In the end, the soldier leaves the island so she can have her life back even though he knows she doesn't love her husband.

She ends up going to a cottage at the end of the movie after the soldiers leave and he finds her "and they all live happily ever after"

But I really really want to know what the movie is, please help.
